Being a photographer in San Diego is always wonderful.

We have great weather and lovely options for all styles of decor.

A particular favorite venue here is The Fairmont Grand Del Mar. 

Kayla and Ryan are a fantastically chic couple and this venue set the mood for their entire event with it’s soft pink exterior, beautiful landscape gardens, architectural elements anyone would love to be photographed in.

I adored each moment with them!

They have a chemistry that is undeniable and are so fun and adored by everyone. From dancing the night away, to bringing in video games and cigars to entertain guests.

I was honored to capture this stunning love story, a whirlwind kiss-met romance with stellar style and the biggest hearts.

Their celebration was black-tie without being stuffy.

Guests enjoyed champagne as they arrived to the ceremony site

and Kayla’s father walked her down the aisle; plus, he was the officiant.

Such a sweet idea!

Kayla and Ryan also wanted the grand staircase at the venue to be a showstopper.

She enlisted the fabulous Bloom Babes to create the floral staircase of her dreams!!

Aster and Park planned everything perfectly. With their collaboration, we worked to create the best experience possible for Kayla and Ryan’s San Diego wedding.

Kayla wanted a first look with her father and her soon to be husband. Both were incredibly emotional and fun to capture.

They also had an extra special guest.

I am excited to see it up on the luxury blog Carats and Cake today.

Kayla bought the cutest pajama sets for her bridesmaids! Love these as an option instead of robes. 

A first look with dad was a true favorite moment.

Kayla and her father are incredibly close, so this was very important.

We worked closely on the timeline with the wonderful Aster and Park Events

to incorporate special moments such as this into the day.
